Donna brings over 30 years of invaluable experience in Long Term Health Care to our team, specializing in admissions and human development. Prior to joining Home Again, Donna served as the Admissions Director at Wauconda Healthcare and Rehab Center in Wauconda, Illinois. Her extensive career has equipped her with profound insights into human development and aging, enhancing her ability to provide compassionate care and support to our residents. Donna earned her associate degree in Child Development from Wright Junior College of Chicago in 1989. She furthered her education with a CNA certification from The College of Lake County in Illinois in 2005. Donna is bilingual, fluent in Polish, which enables her to effectively communicate and connect with a diverse range of residents and families. Currently residing in Sun Prairie, Donna finds joy in spoiling her grandchildren and embracing the outdoors during her free time. Her dedication to family and love for nature enriches her approach to caregiving and community involvement. At Home Again, Donna’s extensive experience and compassionate nature drive her commitment to ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for our residents. Her bilingual skills and deep understanding of human development contribute to personalized care that meets the unique needs of each individual.

Brea Dahl

Brea plays a pivotal role, collaborating closely with the team to ensure exceptional care for our residents and support for our staff. With extensive experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and a passion for community outreach, Brea has been a dedicated member of the Home Again team since 2017. Throughout her tenure, she has demonstrated leadership and commitment, taking on increasing responsibilities within our community. In addition to her professional roles, Brea has participated in numerous mission trips worldwide, focusing on improving the lives of disadvantaged children. Her dedication to community service enriches our team’s approach to compassionate care and community involvement. Outside of work, Brea finds joy in the outdoors and immersing herself in a good book. She cherishes quality time with her son, who keeps her actively engaged and fulfilled. At Home Again, Brea’s leadership and dedication to resident care and staff support contribute to a nurturing environment where everyone feels valued and cared for.

Abigail Rodger

Staffing Director

Abigail Rodger brings a strong background in assisted living leadership and a genuine enthusiasm for resident-centered care to Home Again. She holds an Associate Degree in Healthcare Management and has built her career within CBRF communities in the Madison area.
Abigail has over six years of experience in assisted living leadership, including 3.5 years as a Wellness Director at a CBRF in Madison and 2.5 years as an Assistant Director at a CBRF in DeForest. Prior to her leadership roles, she also worked at the VA Hospital for 1.5 years in a reception role, giving her early exposure to healthcare systems and resident support.
A Wisconsin native at heart, Abigail is a proud fan of all things Wisconsin sports, cheering on the Green Bay Packers, Milwaukee Brewers, Milwaukee Bucks, and the Wisconsin Badgers. Outside of work, she enjoys thrifting, hand embroidery, traveling, graphic design projects, and exploring new restaurants and breweries. When the weather cooperates, you’ll often find her enjoying time outdoors.
Abigail is married to her husband, Nick, and is a proud mom to her daughter, Maggie Rose. Their family also includes a cat named Simon and a dog named Stella.
Abigail is excited and grateful to be part of the Home Again team and looks forward to getting to know the residents, families, and staff while supporting a welcoming and caring community.

Theresa Hetzel, LPN

Medical Manager, Waunakee

Theresa brings over 30 years of dedicated experience in Long-Term Health Care to her role as a Licensed Practical Nurse, leading our medical assistance program with compassion and expertise. With a deep commitment to senior care, Theresa spent 27 years at a local skilled nursing facility and assisted living community before joining the Home Again team. Her extensive experience and hands-on approach ensure that residents receive the highest quality of medical care and support. Theresa earned her degree in nursing from Madison Area Technical College in 1991, laying the foundation for her successful career in healthcare. Theresa resides in Deforest with her husband, where they enjoy the outdoors together. She finds joy in hiking, biking, canoeing, and exploring new destinations through travel during her free time. At Waunakee Home Again, Theresa fosters collaborative relationships with residents and their primary care providers, prioritizing personalized care and holistic well-being for each individual.

Bobbie Dickinson

Life Enrichment Manager, Waunakee

Bobbie brings a wealth of experience in Long Term Care and a passion for enriching the lives of our residents as our Life Enrichment Manager. Bobbie holds a Medical Coding and Billing Specialist degree from Herzing College, complementing her extensive experience in Long Term Care. Before joining Home Again, she served as the Lead Certified Nursing Assistant and Medical Records Clerk at a nursing home and assisted living facility in Waunakee. Her background has equipped her with a deep understanding of resident care and administrative operations. Bobbie plays a pivotal role in our Waunakee team, collaborating closely with the Community Director and Medical Managers to ensure personalized care and life enrichment for our residents. She is actively involved in the day-to-day activities of each resident, ensuring they live their lives to the fullest potential. Bobbie resides in Arlington with her husband and three children. She enjoys watching sports, spending time outdoors, and creating cherished memories with her children. As our Life Enrichment Manager, Bobbie prioritizes the well-being and happiness of our residents. Her dedication to ensuring each resident feels enriched and joyous reflects her passion for enhancing their quality of life.

Alexandra Dickman, RN

RN – Medical Manager, Waunakee

Alexandra Dickman brings a strong clinical background and a deep passion for senior care to her role at Home Again. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Herzing University after completing her general studies at Madison Area Technical College, and became a licensed Registered Nurse in 2023.
Alexandra’s career in geriatrics began more than a decade ago as a CNA, where she worked across a variety of senior care settings. She later transitioned into case management within assisted living before serving as Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing facility. This broad experience allows her to approach care with both clinical expertise and a strong understanding of the day-to-day needs of residents and staff.
Outside of work, Alexandra enjoys spending time outdoors. Her hobbies include hunting, fishing, gardening, landscaping, boating, decorating, and attending concerts. At home, she stays busy caring for her dog—who she describes as “like my child”—along with two cats and a flock of chickens.
Alexandra is proud to support residents and families at Home Again by promoting high-quality care, teamwork, and a warm, supportive community.
