Home Again Living Memory Care communities focus on providing a specialized environment for those with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia. Our specially trained teams focus on the physical and emotional relief of residents as well as peace of mind for the families with a memory impaired loved one.

To improve the well-being and security of the memory care residents, this specially designed facility includes many amenities that normal assisted living apartments do not. Including secure entry ways to prevent wandering, a secure kitchen area for resident safety, and an open floor plan to allow staff to maintain the highest level of supervision.

Lauren brings over 17 years of clinical healthcare experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse, leading our Camrbidge Community with dedication and expertise. Lauren’s career began at the Cambridge Fort Healthcare clinic, where for 10 years she provided compassionate care in a Family Practice setting, specializing in geriatrics. Her extensive clinical experience and commitment to patient well-being are evident in her role at Home Again. Lauren earned her degree in nursing from Madison Area Technical College in 2005, laying the foundation for her successful career in healthcare. She continues to enhance her skills and knowledge to better serve our residents. As the Executive Community Director and Medical Manager, Lauren collaborates closely with residents and their primary care providers, fostering meaningful relationships and ensuring personalized care plans that meet individual needs. Residing in Milton, WI, Lauren enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two sons. She shares a passion for sports, particularly cheering on the Packers and the Badgers, and values family activities during her free time. Lauren’s dual role exemplifies her commitment to enhancing resident care and community engagement. Her leadership ensures that our residents receive the highest quality of care and support.

Kayla Minard is a healthcare professional passionate about making a difference. Her journey began in high school, where she started as a CNA with Home Again in 2018. Building on this foundation, she pursued her studies in Healthcare Administration at Winona State University, graduating with valuable experience. Kayla also interned with Home Again during her final year of college. After graduation Kayla joined the Home Again team as an Operations Specialist, before accepting the position of Assistant Community Director. Kayla recently purchased her first home in Marshall to share with her partner ,Conner and her beloved yellow lab companion, Hank. Outside of work, she thrives on exploring new destinations, soaking in the outdoors, and cherishing moments with her nieces and nephews.
