With over 15 years in the healthcare field, Jessica has accumulated a wealth of experience across various healthcare settings. Her passion lies particularly in the long-term care sector, where she has dedicated herself to enhancing the lives of seniors. Jessica Vetterkind holds an Associate’s Degree in Health Care Administration from Phoenix University and an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts from MATC. She is also certified as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Currently residing in Sun Prairie, Jessica has also lived in Florida, California, and Arkansas, experiencing different healthcare environments and cultures bringing a vast amount of knowledge to our community. Jessica is a proud mother of five children, ages 19, 17, 13, 5, and 2, who keep her life vibrant and fulfilling. Outside of her professional life, Jessica enjoys spending quality time with her family, especially at their lakehouse where they fish and swim together. She finds joy in sunshine, indulges in reading, and values peaceful walks in nature.

Medical Manager

Patti Purtell brings a strong background in healthcare and a passion for serving older adults to her role as Medical Manager at Home Again Columbus. She earned her Practical Nursing degree from Madison Area Technical College in 2010 and has built extensive experience across several areas of healthcare.

Patti began her nursing career in a General Surgery Clinic, where she worked for three years before transitioning into long-term care. She later spent five years working in skilled nursing facilities and another five years in assisted living, where she developed a deep appreciation for supporting the geriatric population.

Her journey in healthcare started even earlier, working in housekeeping and as a CNA in a skilled nursing facility, experiences that shaped her compassionate and hands-on approach to resident care.

Originally from Poynette and later raising her family in Pardeeville, Patti now lives in Sun Prairie. Outside of work, she enjoys dancing, shopping, tropical vacations, and spending time with family and friends. She and her husband of 29 years have five children and six grandsons.
